Hand sanding is arguably the worst part of making knives, especially hollow grinds. These hand sanding sticks are made with a radius that matches the wheels used to grind in your hollows/fullers etc. All my listings are in Freedom units, but I can just as easily make sanding sticks in uncommon sizes and even in Mickey Mouse units for our friends... everywhere else... Just select Custom in the size option and leave notes for what size you need.
 
We have 2", 4", 6", 8", 10", 12", 14", 24", 36", 52", Flat, and Combo. All radiused options are marked for the DIAMETER of the wheel used. The Flat stick will help you sand out your, well, flats. The Combo stick has a "sharp" edge used for sanding your plunge lines and a tighter radius for sanding your inside radius on your handles and even your integral bolster transitions.
 
You can get a 5 Stick Set or a 6 Stick Set, just put in the notes which sticks you want with it. You can also order the holders separately and if you want one for more or less sticks, you can order a custom holder and leave notes for how many sticks you need it to hold.
